Consistency Guarantee – Refund & Free Annual Access
This section explains the terms and conditions of the Psyhelp Consistency Guarantee. Under this offer, eligible users may request a 100% refund of their paid subscription and receive an additional twelve (12) months of free access, subject to strict and verifiable usage conditions described below.
The Guarantee is designed to reward consistent use of Psyhelp's self-therapy plans over a sustained period. Because this is a performance-based promotional offer, eligibility is determined solely by objective usage and completion data recorded inside the app.

1. Overview of the Consistency Guarantee
The Psyhelp Consistency Guarantee (the "Guarantee") allows eligible users ("Participants") to:
- Request a 100% refund of the subscription fee paid for the relevant period; and
- Receive twelve (12) months of free subscription access to Psyhelp (the "Free Year Access"),
provided that all conditions set out in this section are fully and continuously met during the Guarantee Period.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Guarantee, the Participant must meet all of the following requirements:
- Active paid subscription. The Participant must hold an active paid subscription for the entire duration of the Guarantee Period (defined below).
- Minimum weekly usage. The Participant must use the Psyhelp app on at least three (3) separate days per week, for every week of the Guarantee Period.
- Activity completion. On at least three (3) distinct days per week, the Participant must complete at least eighty percent (80%) of the activities scheduled for that day.
- Completion on the correct day. Each activity must be completed on the calendar day for which it was assigned. Any activity completed on a later date (i.e., "catching up" on missed days) does not count toward the 80% daily completion requirement.
3. Guarantee Period
The Guarantee Period is a continuous period of three (3) consecutive calendar months. It begins on the date the user activates or enrolls in the Guarantee inside the app (the "Start Date").
The Participant must meet all eligibility conditions every week during this three-month period. Any break in subscription, data tracking, or usage may result in loss of eligibility.
4. Activity Completion and Tracking Rules
To ensure clarity and fairness, the following rules apply to how activities are counted:
- A "daily activity" is considered completed only if Psyhelp's systems record it as completed within the correct calendar date based on the device's local time.
- Editing, modifying, or re-submitting an activity after the original date does not retroactively count toward completion on that date.
- A day with fewer than 80% of assigned activities completed does not count as a qualifying day for the weekly requirement.
- Missed days cannot be compensated by completing extra activities on other days. Only activities assigned to a specific day and completed on that same day will be counted.
- Deleting or reinstalling the app, clearing data, using multiple devices without proper sync, or using multiple accounts may break tracking continuity and can void eligibility.
5. Verification of Compliance
Eligibility for the Guarantee is determined exclusively by internal Psyhelp analytics, logs, and technical records. Psyhelp will use, in particular:
- Login and session timestamps;
- Activity completion timestamps and status;
- Daily and weekly usage metrics; and
- Subscription status and billing history.
Psyhelp reserves the right to deny eligibility where data is incomplete, inconsistent, inaccessible, missing, or appears to show signs of manipulation, misuse, automation, or fraud.
6. How to Request the Refund and Free Year Access
To claim the Guarantee, the Participant must follow these steps:
- Submit a request to Psyhelp within seven (7) days after the end of the three-month Guarantee Period.
- Requests received after this 7-day window will not be considered, even if all usage conditions were met.
- Once the request is received, Psyhelp will review the Participant's data and determine eligibility. Psyhelp aims to complete this review within thirty (30) days.
If the request is approved, Psyhelp will:
- Issue a full refund of the subscription fee paid for the relevant period; and
- Apply twelve (12) months of free subscription access to the Participant's account, starting from the date of approval, unless otherwise communicated.
7. Limitations and Exclusions
The Guarantee will be considered void, and no refund or Free Year Access will be granted, in any of the following cases:
- The Participant fails to meet any of the requirements described in this section;
- Psyhelp's systems indicate data has been tampered with, altered by non-standard means, automated, or otherwise misused;
- The subscription was obtained through third-party promotions, heavily discounted bundles, or non-refundable offers, unless Psyhelp explicitly states that such offers are included in the Guarantee;
- The Participant has initiated a chargeback, dispute, or refund request through the App Store, Google Play, or any other payment processor before or during the Guarantee Period.
8. One-Time Participation
Each individual and each Psyhelp account is eligible to participate in the Guarantee only once. Multiple accounts created by the same person, shared accounts, or repeated claims are not allowed and may result in exclusion from the Guarantee and other promotions.
9. Right to Modify or Terminate the Guarantee
Psyhelp may modify, suspend, or terminate the Consistency Guarantee at any time. Changes will apply prospectively. Users who have already activated the Guarantee prior to such changes will remain subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of activation, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Disclaimer
The Consistency Guarantee is a promotional, goodwill offer. It is not a clinical, medical, or therapeutic guarantee and does not promise any specific mental health outcome, symptom improvement, or psychological result. Eligibility for a refund and Free Year Access is based solely on objective app usage and completion data, not on how you feel or any clinical assessment of your condition.
